For the last two weeks, I have been charging through swamps, climbing mountains, breaking my fear of heights and doing a lot of downward dogs. It was a short voyage, but so full of memories, I thought I was away for months.
Well, after Ryan and Carolyn's wedding on February 23, I might as well retire.
This wedding went above-and-beyond in fun-ness. These two thought of everything!
1. Great places to get ready. The Gladstone for the girls, The Park Hyatt for the boys (equipped with Wii Rock Band, no less).
It was important to them to enjoy the day and not have it rush by too fast. So what did they do? They took an hour after the ceremony to go out for a romantic drink, just the two of them. errr... the three of us.
Even though the day was about Them, they wanted their guests to have just as much fun, and just as memorable of an experience. So, during the reception at the Academy of Spherical Arts, guests could play pool, mingle and have their photo taken at a photo booth we set up.
Incase that wasn't enough, they kept guests on their toes with surprises. Their first dance was sung by one of their guests!
